Continuing our Success streak of 2021 with a Successful Competitive Demolition Tender Bid – in Winning Mount Pleasant Phase 3 & 4, Farringdon, in London.

It was a pleasure in delivering the 3D/4D visualisations for the Demolition Tender Bid interview team, as part of this Central London new development comprising five blocks of 336 mixed tenure residential dwellings, with ground floor commercial space, basement car parking and public open spaces.  

Forming part of the wider Postmark London  development, this project will regenerate the site of an operational Royal Mail Group Depot, Sorting Office, and Postal Museum – including the Royal Mail private underground railway network.
