In a recent studio exploration focused on the City of London Corporation cluster around Lime Street, Bishopsgate, and Leadenhall Street, the team at PreConVision Limited | Multi-Award Winning Studio | RICS Tech Partner used Autodesk Forma Site Design to investigate how environmental and spatial data can actively shape more resilient high-density urban environments.

By analysing factors such as heat, wind, noise, and sunlight across this complex tower district, they were able to test ideas rapidly, visualise impacts at a precinct scale, and refine proposals in real time.

The outcome: more confident decision-making earlier in the design process, and solutions that respond directly to the unique microclimate and pressures of one of London’s most intense urban clusters.
