Christopher is the Founder and Visualisation Director of PreConVision Limited. PreConVision is an award-winning creative studio space based in central London, with an in-house capability to deliver high quality construction logistics, planning and phasing visualisations to aid in project and development planning. The studio has made a very positive contribution to clients and their bid-winning process. With a highly experienced team, the firm has helped clients win bids that totalled approximately £5.3 Billion over the past 6 years within London, and across the United Kingdom.
Christopher is also the Visualisation Director at Viella Land Limited, where he delivers a in-house capability of a full suite of visualisations for tendering for bids, planning consent packages, construction sequencing and phasing, logistics planning, quality and stakeholder engagement tools to help developers and contractors demonstrate their approach to a wide audience with technically detailed high-resolution imaging and animations along with 3D printed physical models.
Christopher previously worked for Mace Group where he joined in July 2013 as a Construction Visualiser Manager at the Moorgate London Office as part of the planning team within its construction support services, focusing on 4D modelling for competitive tender bids. In 2014 Christopher was promoted to Senior manager level to Head of 4D Visualisations of Construction Bids where he employed 10 no. persons from design, architecture, interior design and 3D modelling backgrounds to form a unique internal 3D/4D studio within Mace.
Christopher previously worked for Sir Robert McAlpine for 7 years. At Sir Robert McAlpine, Christopher has worked on numerous prestigious office developments across central London as a Package Manager, Engineer, and as part of London Region’s BIM Team creating 3D and 4D modelling for live projects across central London and 3D construction sequences for competitive tender bids.
At the University of Westminster, Christopher was awarded a First Class Honours Degree in Architecture (RIBA Part 1 accredited) and gained company sponsorship by Sir Robert McAlpine to study at Reading University where he completed a Master’s Degree in Project Management (RICS accredited).
As Virtual Reality Director, Paolo delivers high quality and engaging immersive virtual reality experiences through the use of Unreal Engine software’s and wearable technologies such as Oculus Rift and HTC Vive Pro. These powerful experiences help our clients, whom typically consist of property developers, house builders, project managers, architect’s and residential home buyers to make effective, faster and cost saving decisions when engaging with high quality architectural 3D environments.
Paolo is a highly qualified 3D artist who’s photo-realistic architectural CGI’s, both interior and exterior, have been delivered to London’s most respected architectural practices, and working on London’s largest construction developments across the capital.
Paolo has previously worked for Squire & Partners Architect’s, the London interior design practice Universal Design Studio, the London CGI based Cityscape Digital, The Deisgn Solution, and MOCT STUDIO.
Paolo has graduated from London Metropolitan University with a Masters Degree in Industrial and Product Design, and the University of ISIA Roma with a Industrial and Product Design Degree.
As Motion and Graphic Designer, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that specialises in generating video content using design, animation and film within all of our projects, either for broadcast, corporate or online content usage.
Adam previously worked for MOOV limited for 5 years as a Motion Graphic Designer, 2 years at Creativitea as a Motion Graphic Designer / Animator / Photographer, 2 years at Hobs Studio as a Motion Graphic Designer and 1 year at Soluis Group as a Motion Graphic Designer / Cameraman.
Adam has graduated from University College for the Creative Arts in Canterbury with a Graphic Design Degree.
Mark previously worked for Wilkinson Eyre Architect’s for 8 years as Visualiser, 2 years at Squire & Partners as Visualiser, and 1 Year at TP Bennett as Freelance Visualiser.
Mark has graduated from The Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London – UCL with an Architecture Degree.
